| Mr. Grogan, tackled all the questions in a very interesting way and our audience ate it up! He also signed books for over two hours and personally made eye contact and spoke with everyone. Mr. Grogan was very gracious and wonderful to our community. We have had total positive feedback from our community with everyone wanting to know when he can return! He was a great speaker. When you can make a high school student say, ‘That was awesome!" you have truly connected with your audience. All authors should follow Mr. Grogan's effectiveness with his speaking abilities and his graciousness with all! |

| John's appearance was the largest turnout the library has ever had for a speaker in its 100 years' existence. We have a meeting room that holds 100 and more than 300 people showed up. They didn't even mind sitting on the floor, standing around the perimeter of the room and even peeking through the doorway. His talk was funny, smart, enlightening, poignant and very entertaining. After the engagement, we received fantastic feedback about the program and folks are still talking about it more than a year later. |
